Comments
- with 6 children not my style plus i am country not city not every ones dream
- One would have to be content with constantly sitting on the balcony, looking outward. On the inside, one is seeing a small hotel room with kitchen facilities. Boring.
- I always wanted to live downtown.. cant wait to move into this beautiful condo!
- Great location, great view, did I miss what the condo looks like inside?
- Amazing!!! We are ready to make the move to our new Condo.
- Great condo. What a prize. A real investment for the winner! Good luck to all.
- If you dream something try to realize it. PMHF is a great way to get your dreams true. My father died of cancer despite the best treatment available. There is always a ray of hope for cancer patients and PMHF is doing best to keep this ray alive.
- I'll take for only 100.00 my dreams can come true
- This is a nice address to call home, but
i'm looking for the 7 Maryvale address home to live in..
Smiles.
Winning two not one would be awesome, Kudos to the Designer. Jack..Love what you did @ 7 Marvale..for the stars of the Hollywood home.Yes..love it.
any home can be done traditional, but a star, with the glitz..now that's sytle.

- Never could figure out why anyone would want to live in the city. I like a lot less noise and congestion myself. I guess I'll have lots and lots of bids when I win this condo and put it up for sale ;-)
- Nice condo - right in the city - love it!!
- nice condo by the lake
- Hmmm...How I would love to live back up at Wynford again.Only this time to own this condo.. Dreams can come true..!
- I hope we find a way to cure cancer
- THIS DEF WULD BE A DREAM HOME
- ok
- MY HUSBAND DIED,[HEART]IN2001...THAT BIG HOUSE JUST MADE ME CRY...YOU, KNOW HE MY BE GONE,BUT DREAMS & LOVE,GOES ON ,ON..,CAN'T TOUCH IT BUT YOU ITS THERE..I KEEP ON DREAMING...HAVE A GOOD DAY :)
- The view is irrelevant. Raising money for cancer research is what matters.
- lets find a way to heal cancer
- We all need to remember this is not just a lottery it is a race against the odds for all. We all have had adversity of somekind... be it a beneign tumor to aggressive cancer or knowing someone stuggling with this disease ... we all share the common struggles to end cancer in its many forms... I want to wish everyone good luck and may all our dreams come true.
- The view sucks
- My Partner and beautiful wife lost our Parents-her Dad at 40 and my Mom at 40. We are now orphans and she has not yet reached 40 yet and I'm not that much older. These amazing and wonderful people who left this world too young- my Dad of a really aggressive form of cancer and I too am a cancer survivor. Our Parents dream for us was too live in comfort, luxury, security, and with alot of love and harmony.
I pray we win this home- we have both had alot of hardship in our lives, YET we know how to smile right from the heart and we never ever stop "believing"
No matter what the outcome we strongly support the Princess Margaret Hospital.
With Warm Regards,
Zoe Gear & D. Miron
- i want this soooo bad
- Nice one...
- Great getaway to city for our family since we live North!
- Beautiful condo :)
- IT would be a dream,
- I just bought a ticket to donate. I hope whoever wins can appreciate saving a live from cancer is far more fulfilling than any condo.
- I would very pleased if I won this unit
my life would be luxurious
- -working downtown, this prize is attracting me the most as it would be VERY convenient for me to commute to work!
- No thanks. I'll hold out for one of the other prizes.
- Amazing!
- It would great, if I can win this condo...
but I think it is hard....so many tickets...in this lottery...
although the probability is higher than other lottery
Anyway, I just want to fight against the cancer
- downtown for us non-driving folk, is what would draw me to this prize, outside of the obvious support for the cause, of course!
- As great as it would be to win something like this, to get my life started in Toronto, I am more glad to say that I am helping the fight against cancer. My grandmother passed away from brain cancer in the fall of 2007, after a battle with it for only 10 short months. I am proud to say that my fiance and I are contributing to this cause! I will be moving to Toronto in May, with or without this beautiful condo -- but I will say, it would be a nice perk!
- All condos and houses, which we can win are beautiful. But I think that the most important goal of the lottery ... Rescue another life;))
- This would be a dream come true!
- this s perfect, my husband doesn't have to travel 2 1/2 hrs going to work, i wish this will be mine
- Great location
- Nice but maybe consider an out of town location next, example beautiful Prince Edward "THE COUNTY." PR. Margret Hospital serves many.
- I will win this, my name is on it, where do i buy my ticket for this condo?
- Perfect for our son, who will graduate this year from Sheridan College and will be working in the animation field in Toronto. What a perfect start in life for a young person working in Toronto.
- Can you buy a parking spot for the
Harbour Street place. Thank-you.
Response: Yes, parking can be purchased for $25,000.
- Would love to win this prize. But I feel that we are all winners by supporting the fight against cancer!
- Beautiful area.
- I'm packing now! Parking will be a challenge-but can invest in a bicycle. So no worries here! :-)
- When I win this awesome condo I am going to buy Blue Jays season tickets and take my family to every game.It is going to be awesome to have a 2nd residence in the heart of Toronto.
- It's good for me.
- I would love to see a pure condo Prize package but larger condo's as more of us are looking to down size and simply. This is a great building but wish it had been a penthouse or a larger unit... The core of toronto is not for everyone but it sure offers what i am looking for...
- Really great for older individuals.
No grass to cut.
No garden to plant.
Someone else worries regarding heating, H2O supply.Hydro
- You need more condo rather than house because everyone wants to have a pie in the sky
- i want to win this!!
- No parking spot and no storage locker! That's a huge drawback for those of us who are not interested in a "car free lifestyle".
That will definitely lower the possible rent on this property. I guess I'll just have to sell it when I win.
- Does anyone know if this unit comes with an owned parking spot or owned locker?
Response:The downtown condo prize does not include
parking or a storage locker. The condo is conveniently located in the city with great access to public transit and with a car free lifestyle
in mind. The Don Mills condo prize includes one parking plus a storage locker. Both prizes will be awarded with $20,000 cash.
- Nice view in this condo, a good apartment to have so you can stay there for the week-end
- Convenient location.
- Are there property taxes as well as condo fees? If so, how much are they ?
Are utilities included in the condo fees?
Response: The condo fees are estimated at $250 per month and do not include utilities. The property taxes are approx. $3000 per year. The condo prize will be awarded with $20,000 cash which the winner can spend as
they please.
- What a lovely win this would be. I own a condo downtown nearby, and agree that selling a unit in perfect condition is a breeze! Further you could also rent it out and have a nice chunk of income every month. This is a small unit, probably best for one person and a cat only - and the condo fee reflects its size. PLEASE DON'T FORGET that you will be paying a considerable amount in taxes if you decide to keep it - this will be your properlty, and property tax in downtown Toronto is high. The lucky winner should take all of this into consideration before making any decisions.
- nice area,access to all
- This is the perfect place for me!! Perfect location, amenities, and views! I have been eyeing these for awhile
- Downtown is the place to be!!
- This would be the ticket to move back home to Toronto. Not even asking for millions at all, just a ticket home.
- This will be a dream come true...I'm ready to move in :)
- What are the monthly condo fees??
Response: The estimated monthly condo fees for the Success Tower prize suite are $250. The prize also includes $20,000 Cash!
- it says you can take the tour, how, I don;t see any link for the tour?
Response: Please click on the button to the right of the Grand Prize Home page that reads Take a Virtual Tour
- great prizes
- The reason there is no cash option for the houses/condos is that they have to be purchased ahead of time. If the winner took cash for a house, the cash wouldn't be available to spend on cancer research until the property was sold. That could cost lives.
As for the hassle of selling a property, it's already in shape to sell and you know the value in today's market. Just contract a real estate agent. Use a fax as needed from wherever you live. Easy as pie!
- Lovely condo building skyline and view of the city throughout close to st Lawrence and other areas of downtown toronto.
- beautiful cause and reward . Help research and win something to remember!
- This condo would be perfect. Perfect Location, Location, Location.
- A condo downtown would be amazing. Even if it's a tad small for my daughter and I.. I could sell it to afford something a little bigger for the two of us. Being a single parent in the city is very expensive so a chance to win something like this is VERY much appreciated.
- Lets see the interior. Maybe even a floor plan. Thanks
- Even if your not the condo type, a one bedroom downtown is a highly desired rental location. Who couldn't use another $1200 plus to their monthly budget?
- the reason i quit buying these tickets is it is to much of a hassel to get rid of the place. Who likes to win one of these prizes and then go through the process of selling it? Give the house or the cash??????
- A dream come true - A home away from home - a place in the big city!
- Perfect size to retire to! and WHAT a location!
- This is a great location for a condo in Toronto! Please support PMHF by purchasing a ticket!!

- Would enjoy living in a condominium rather than a home as we are both seniors and look to have less to do around the house. We would love to live closer to all ammenities as well and close to the subway.
- Would love to win this for my son. No worries, it is in the bag.
- Up away from the noise, probably a good view. In the heart of things - so easy to walk instead of drive. Super for when I want to get away from all this great outdoors, nature and trees that I live in.
- What is the size of this condo? How many bedrooms and is it furnished?
Response: The downtown condo is 588 sq. f.t + Balcony. It is a one bedroom unit on the 27th floor facing east. The suite is unfurnished but includes: Stainless Steel Appliances in Kitchen: Fridge, Dishwasher,Stove/Oven, Microwave exhaust plus a washer and dryer. There are granite counter tops and the suite is carpeted.
