  • - Actually, the ground floor is lot more appealing than you might think. The 234 sq foot railed garden terrace on the outside of the building beats a little patch of balcony any day. It's like having a condo with a private deck. Bonus!

  • - This is a nice building but it is not in an area with a lot of amenities... Ground floor is also not my perferred location as the point to me of a condo is to he where there is a view and this has none. Like to see more condo's in the draw but larger ones on transit

We want to retire and downsize by moving from the home we have lived in all of our lives, and where we raised our family, to a maintenance-free life-style of living in a condo in Toronto so we can be closer to our son in our retirement years.   • - I can only dream of owning this beautiful home. The builders and designers have gone over the top with the beautiful grand prize home (the largest). I buy the 3 pack ticket deals pretty much each time. However have never come close to winning. Its nice to dream.
    
  • - As your comment states this would be a great place for busy people. My wife is a nurse Mount Siani, with us living in Barrie it becomes a long commute for her. This place would be great for a place to stay at will on her three to four day shifts.

  • - Don Mills has matured gracefully with additions like this. What appeals to me about this condo is the balance of glazing with other materials. I like the architectural attention paid to the top. If this attention extends to the entrance and amenities, you have another gem.
