  • - Since they built these houses for the lottery, PMH would know exactly the cost of each is. The idea of the stated price being at all "overinflated" is ludicrous. The value is as accurate as the accountants can make it.

I was left to survive with no education as a teen off the streets of Montreal, came to Toronto in 1982,eventually got my self a College Diploma and now have been stuck living in a small basement apartment for the last 7 years. I know its kind of silly but I taped it on my bedroom ceiling so I can see it always when I lay down right before bedtime. I BELIEVE, just like I BELIEVE that one day soon we will conquer Cancer. Cancer hurts everyone, regardless of your age,gender,ethnicity,religion,height;etc. It touches all of us in some way or form.   • - what paint brand and COLOUR was used on the kitchen walls and ceilings? Is there a place on the web we can see all the paint colours and wall papers used for the various homes? RESPONSE: The kitchen walls in Grand Prize #2 were Benjamin Moore CC-460 Ceilings were white. The list of paint colours are currently available inside the showhomes and we are working towards listing them on the lottery website also.

I can't stop dreaming of living in this amazing place with my 2 little boys, they must be very happy riding their bikes and strollers in the yards.   • - Didn't understand the placement of furniture in 3 rms, (foyer, dining, second master). The arch leading to dining room from foyer needs work, to make it symmetrical. I would eliminate the side window in the breakfast room. Very Good overall.

  • - This house has a charm about it. You can't go wrong with a solid two story brick home anywhere. I drove by and you have a south facing back yard, I could live here. The shops etc. are just a short drive north. I work downtown on Queen St. West, I would request a transfer to York Region. Problem solved:)
