$3.6 Million Showhome†† – 7 Maryvale Crescent, Richmond Hill
Comments
- this house is great. my main reason for the purchase of the ticket was to support the good cause. I have never won anything from this lottery from past 7 years. Whoever is the lucky winner just enjoy it:)
- My 2 sisters and I wishing we can win this grand prize so that we can share equally and buy a simple house to live with our family.Hopefully may God bless us one day! Its really beautiful house!
- I LOVE THIS HOUSE! :D
- I know this one inside and out...

- Best home ever
This is my dream house
- I am enthralled about this home. It is so beautiful, even as someone asked questions about basements, what's behind a wall, certain things had to be done yet. Can they not be happy with this magnificent home, now . I'm loving it.It would be my pride and joy.
- My dream house
- This Home Is ........... Just Wow!!!!!!!!!! To Win This Would Be Just Wow..... LOL If I Won This Home OMG I Don't Believe That I Would Believe It Yet Alone Know What To Do With It LoL I Have Been Dreaming Of Winning This Home Since I Bought A Ticket Here's To Hoping....
- I PRAY TO WIN THIS HOUSE OR ANY OTHER. THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL
- cant wait to move in
- I suggest to build 100 more homes in opposed to this $3.6 million home so you can help more people and spread the winnings and prices to more peolpe.
- I am homeless as of june 1st i really want a home. this would be beyond my dreams.
i am pulling up to the driveway and running up my stairs right now. :))

We have been going through a difficult time the past 5 yrs. we have just found out that my husband is losing his job at the end of this week. We don;t know how we will pay for our home and or rent. This home would be a God sent to us and our little girl. we need this right now. Something Good. Please please let us win this home. It would solve our problems. God bless everyone
- i've had sleepless nights over this dream home. however fabulous its just that -a dream-so unrealistic of me. But the cause out weighs the reality check. as long as i have i will continue to support..
- This home has my families name all over it . First home gym for me, urnial on the wall for my many boys, hot tub for the hubby, laundry room of my dreams already set up for my two youngest boys. All 9 of us ready to go as soon as the school year ends of course
- i keep looking at this home, my hockey , & #7 with numeration , this would be my 1st marriage and home ever owned, with teen son's of a single mother by me on my who has lost her best friend auntie Melrose to a bout of fighting through the cancer with her. she is going to help me all of life happiness the our short lives can bring. a husband and now a home.
- This is such a beautiful home!
When I first bought the tickets, it was just part of a promise I made to myself to donate more to worthy causes. But then I imagined what it would be like to give my parents a gift like this. Like us all, this lottery inspires dreams and whoever wins will be so lucky their dream has come true. I hope whoever wins this come can find a way to keep it because wow, what a family treasure it would be! Perfect for a big family with lots of love :) good luck everyone!
- We will be moving in soon.
- this house is outstanding. it has my husband and i favorite hockey team the MAPLE LEAFS. and also the address is my favorite number i have had all my life"7".
SO HOW PERFECT IS THAT!!!!
LOVE IT
- Beautiful house! but lets not focus our attention on competing on it, what really matters is this lottery has a main objective, which is supporting cancer victims and promoting research, we are doing this for all the cancer victims that have died ! we do this in their honour and we also do this in honor to people that have survived this disease! we will conquer cancer soon, if we win this house i will go to med school and i will give my best! good luck everyone and thanks for helping
- WHAT A BEAUTIFUL HOME ALL IT IS MISSING IS A LAMBORGHINI IN THE DRIVE WAY
- We have been buying tickets for a long time now. My mother was a great supporter and died of lung and liver cancer in Nov. 2004. I continue to buy tickets in the hope that Cancer Can Be Beaten !!!
- I love this home and looking forward to moving in at least for a while
- My mom was diag with Breast Cancer a few months ago, every since i support anything to do with cancer.
- Amazing house...I want it so bad..;)
can't wait to move in
- If I won this one, I would not afford to keep it and if I wanted to sell it, I am not sure how quickly i would find a buyer for it ...
- I hope ................ :)
- Im looking forward to my new home!
- Amazing and incredible home! A gorgeous retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Toronto!
- There is more to happiness than living in a home like this. Why anyone would want to win this (other than for selling it) is beyond me!
- Can't wait to move in into this house.Already started to pack!
- I went for a visit to my new home at 7 Maryvale Crescent in Richmond Hill, Ontario
I just can't wait to move in, I know that I will be so happy in my beautiful home. Home is where the heart is and my is in that house
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
- All I can say is absolutely stunning! Not in my wildest dreams would I imagine living in a house like this.It would be a dream come true for me.
- What a gorgeous home, something dreams are made of! I could see my family growing old here!
- Every luxury added. All the finishing finishing touches are well designed and amazing
- Really big house. I wish I could............
- when I win this house, I will sell it and give $250,000 to my in-laws, $250,000 to my parents, $500,000 to siblings and the rest will go to pay off my mortgage, kid's university, and retire at the age of 31. Not bad can't complain!
Good luck to everyone!
- I love my new home !
- What's the point of this prize? No average person can afford the Property Taxes and Upkeep, thus making the prize more a tease...They should be giving you also more cash to offset the cost of maintenance at least for a year...
- This home is spectacular but so will be the annual property taxes and utilities!
- Feeling Positive About This house for sure. Gorgeous
- Definitely my house
- My family and I have been buying these tickets for over 10 years, have never won but that doesn't matter we continue to buy them. But this year its so funny, everyone is wowed by this house, so sure we will take it if its meant to be...........
- The master bath and porch spa! YES! The wonderful architectural details. YES! The grey, grey and more grey theme. :(
- Holding this gorgeous house will make a brilliant beginning of our new life!
- wow you guys did a amazing job with all the houses . thank you for making 7 maryvale cresent extra nice for me and my family to live in. can't wait until you call me to let us know our moving date. p.s. how many tickets are left to sell by may 6?
- Beautiful!
- Can't wait to move in...dream home here I come!
- BEST EVER!!!!!!!!!! Spectacular and extraordinary. The new meaning of a "Grand" prize!!!
- MY Dream
- I prefer money. I'm retired. I couldn't afford to pay the yearly taxes.
- I would like to have this house
- We would like to own this beautiful house.
- Wish we can have this for my parents! Thank You
- Would put a for sale sign the next day. Interior decorating not my style. Take the money and run
- amazing house
- Winning this would be a blessing. It would make me a free woman!
- This is the most beautiful house...would be great to win it..as my family would love it...(wouldn't have to rent no more)...
- I want it!
- This will be the first year that I do not buy a ticket or two for this lottery. Why? I'm afraid of winning this grand prize home. Who'd want to be saddled with the taxes and upkeep?
- Auguri! Lovely mansion. Too bad it is
in Richmond Hill.
Also,this house appears as a 5 bedroom
with a gym. Maybe I am wrong.
Nevertheless, it is a great cause!
- This house belongs to me .. you will see. ;-}
- Superb.........I wish, i will win and have this beautiful dream home.......my life's Dream.......loving it.....
- This is what I call a real dream home.
I'm still dreaming and still won't give up on winning a home for my whole family.
- Exquisite and elegant, tastefully decorated. Architecturally well designed.
- House is impressive!
- Of course it is my dream home. Worth winning it. I wish, let my dream come true.
- Beautiful, beautiful home. Can picture myself there already.
- Yep! I would definitely be happy living here.
- I have always known that some day I will get a brand new beautiful luxury home just like this one. I am living my dream now. Can't wait to move in. Thank you.
- Do not even think about it, It is mine.
- May, months of the mothers.
This beautiful house, it `s my gift.
- Super. Good luck to all.
- I am going to win "My Dream Home ".
- oh! Just WOW!
- I have been trying to win a home for many years. I have not lost faith. This is my dream home. Suren
- It's mine
- This would be my son's dream home. However my family of 3 would get lost in such a big house. If I won I would sell this house and use the money to purchase something smaller and use the rest of the money for my children's education. Good luck to me.
- ego reputo proinde ego lucror....I think therefore i win :) When can we move in? Went to see this home and it was magnificent.
- I am blessed already, but if I win this beautiful home I will be the most luckiest person in the world. If I dont win, I hope the person or family that does, enjoys this home to the fullest.
-Amelia R.
- Smaller prizes = smaller ticket sales. Fact of life. Just the way it is. The name of this game is to raise the maximum amount of money for cancer research. Splitting up the big prize would lower the revenue generated. That's why, the bigger & more expensive the house, the better!
- Great Home and our family would be perfect we supported the princess margaret lottery for years and have been using the services of the hospital over the past year we hope we can call this place home...and we have our tickets.
- GREAT!!!!
- Spectacular grand layout I see myself now with my 2 Teen kids enjoying every inch of this Home, It offers so much in the way of catering to all our needs & who comes to visit Us.. When did you say I to pick the Keys Up ... Thank you Ill be there in a flash..
- I have been struggling for years. I'm in debt and this would take me out of debt and i would receive a BEAUTIFUL house. I would like to marry my boyfriend but we cannot because of the money situation. This would solve all my money problems
- Beautiful home - very impressive! As a side note, I wonder why people put things on here like "I've never owned a home", "I never win anything" or "I'd sell it and give money to PMH" - like the sadder the story the better their odds? Point being, winning this would change *anyone's* life.. and I'd really like to hope that my $250 purchased impartiallity by the body overseeing the draw! :)
- beautiful house, just wish that if I was to win this home I could have it built in my area not in TO 2 1/2 hrs away
- I doubt i'll ever win this but it's always nice to dream and donate to a good cause at the same time 8)
- I am a princess...This is my palace...Welcome to my palace. I will invite you all!!
- wonderful house but the biggest gift to all would be to find a cure for cancer. God knows many have suffered and the researchers are doing their best to find the cure. We can all win by supporting such a great cause- the prizes are just an added bonus!
- This is the most beautiful home i've ever seen, being a single mother with 4 kids to win this house would be a dream come through, also to know we would be helping conquer cancer,is just a blessing and then some.
- I want this home
- A home fit for a Queen.Tastefully done.In a beautiful area.I toured it.A dream home.Who ever wins this is really so lucky.May God bless them.
- Must say I am disappointed. I don't like the decor at all - in all of the houses - drab, dull - too much beige, grey, silver. What's wrong with some color? I think the grand prize #1 is just awful. If I won it - I'd sell it and get something more attractive, more realistic and comfortable.
- I am sorry for any disappointments of 7 Maryvale Crescent, will not be occupied by these commentars with the exception of this writer. However the donations and ticket funds have all been in a spirit of goodwill to the Princess Margaret Hospital.
I will be at the home to pick up my keys on
the date chosen for me.
Lots of blessings to all of You who have shared this dream of ownership with me.
Jackie L..watch for the green jag parked in the drive.
See you all at the draw.
- words can not describe the effect of such home. Great job and salute to the designer and creative minds that came up with the layout and decoration. You have created a priceless prize which will drive the sales and help cure cancer.
- I will be there to pick up my keys on May 19th or shortly thereafter, and meet my new neighbours..this is it..my dream becomes reality.
Jaki rma irbo
- I purchased my ticket already, as usual, my yearly contribution to the foundation of Princess Margaret. My opinion is - this house is too big for one person or one ticket to win. There are so many people who needed home in Toronto. The price for this home can house at least 5 more families if you split this into 5 houses making it 5 families to win their home.
- A sauna and an intercom are great ideas! I'll keep them in mind when I win.
- I would just love to see the look on the faces of my friends and family when they pull into my driveway at 7 Maryvale Crescent. This is the home of my dreams!!! I would be the envy of all!
- I wish i win
- It's too big, Sorry, But I'd have to sell it and use the money to move to the Virgin Islands instead.
- Don't worry everyone this house is MINE, I promise I'll take good care of it and it'll take care of me. I'll need to add a tv in the kitchen and a sauna in the spa room, some intercom to call the kids & hubby.
- I love this house and would certainly love to live in it for at least a night. Though my children would love it, I think it would be too much for a family of four. I would sell it and use the money to create employment for many more who would in turn give to the hospital ...just to make sure that the cycle of funds continue. Good luck to all.
- I am so grateful to God to own such a beautiful house. Gorgeous, big and beautiful.
My kids love the house so much, the design, the landscape and the furniture... Wow way to go. What can I say more.... I am just so speechless.
I did buy the ticket in February as a gift for our Wedding anniversary.
If it is meant for us.... no matter what it is going to be ours..... that is the believe I have.....The rest I live it to the UNIVERSE...
- My darling husband's dream house, If anyone deserve a win like this, god knows its him. He is a good man in everything he does. May we all contribute to find the cure for cancer soon. Good luck to all, god bless us all.
- I love living at 7 Maryvale crescent, thank you my universe. It was made for me!!!!!
- This is certainly and amazing home and for sure only one you would dream of being in.
To win would be the joy of a lifetime. Can I see myself living there, who knows only time will tell. Sweet!
- looooooks great and feels like mine
- this would make my wife very happy
- my favorite vote..
- I would love to have the opportunity to own such a beautiful home. It would be a amazing to be able to entertain family and friends there.
- and would be nice to finally have a home.
- Would change mine and my family's life forever.
- What size is the property?
Response: the lot size is 100x300.
- I love living at 7 Maryvale Crescent, I am so happy here!!!!! Thank you Universe!!!!!!!!! Riita
- Just one question... want to know does it come with a maid or and invac?????? Now seriously the home is WOW!!!!!
- can't wait to visit the house this weekend. Every year it's mind-blowing.
- I have been supporting Princess Margeret and other cancer institutions I have never won anything, as a survivor from this disease it is good to know that so many people contribute to help fight this disease. The house is gorgeous, it keeps a dream alive !!!!
- All houses are gorgeous !!!! Good luck to all wishing for these Houses excluding the one thats mine. ;)
- wowtrop belle
- i love all thess houses. all of them are nice. i hope i win one off them because now my family is bigger. i really need a house but the same times i know so many people have same feeling. good luck to everybody
- You can build like 3 or 4 more houses of this size in the back yard or even a new stadium for the argos.
- I love this house, I wish to God that I'm going to win this house. I got 5 sons, and this house will be just right for us. Good luck to me.
- this is going to be mine/ its breath takiing
- my dream house
- this is my type of house its very very elegant its a dream come true if i win thats for sure
- Wonder full , mlooks like i`m in dream house
- This is a beauty !!!
A dream home like no other.
- I wish I can win this house and the lotto max. I will go to work and the money I make I will give it to this hospital every month. Although I love this house badly, I would hate to see someone sick with cancer dies. I believe in giving. This house defines the life I always wanted for me and my brilliant 6 yrs old daughter. It just pushes me to look for better things in life. Keep up the good work. Keep helping the sick. God bless the winner.
- I Love the front of this house, there is enough play area for my daughter, she can ride her bike and jump rope......the kitchen is fantastic, lots of cupboard space, everything will be organized.I do hope I win it because I love it.
- beautiful home..but if i dont win the home ,..im still a winner because my dad has cancer and with this ticket i am helping find a cure..god bless.
- Too big for me, but hey, if I win it, I may reconsider. Let's just say, I am flexible.
- this home was beautifully designed and built, would loooooooooove to win this year, but just playing were winning.
- I hope my dream come true:))
- This sweet home looks a spiritual home. Good for meditation for anybody who visits me! God Bless anybody who wins. Thank you.
- Lovely house. The lot is a little longer than ours, but ours is wider.
- This is a stunning Home..Good Luck Everyone :)
- my family dream house!
- I wish I win !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- This would make a beautiful home for me and my family. I hope I win!
- Love this home...as I have been a renter all my life (yep Mom and Dad rented too) I so see myself living in this home. I love the tone and colours, finishes, design and look of this home. Now where did I put those 'change of address" cards????
- My dream home!
- I love it, Iove it, I love it. I want it, I want it, I want it. It's mine, It's mine, It's mine !!! P.S. Jack Celli did an absolutelly incredible job.
- sweet jeebus! nice house!
- I love this house, this would be my dream house. I like the view from outside and the inside.
- This is a gorgeous home. Very well decorated and in a great area. What's not to love?
- Absolutely gorgeous, anyone would love to live here, and just for raising money for cancer research
- This house is magnificent, contributing only $100 to the most worthy cause I can think of and in the end getting a chance to live in luxury is more than anyone could ask for. I wish it could me mine.
- I love this home!!! it's marvelous!!!
- Just think, I am supporting a wonderful cause and I also have a chance to win this exquisite home.
- This house is fabulous, but rather than having one house worth 3.6 million it would be much better to have more houses equivalent to this amount of money and spread the cheer for all!
- This house is magnificant!!!. For $100 I have the chance to win this house and most importantly, I am supporting a great cause and can dream a dream that may come true
- Beautiful home. The lay out is very nice.
- All I can say is "INCREDIBLE!"
- One word...SPECTACULAR!
- My future house. Lmfaoo. I pestered my parents to buy me 6 tickets. :) But i t all goes to a good cause anyways, and I know what it feels like to be in a hospital as a kid, so I'm hoping the money helps a child that has cancer. :)
- This house is spectacular! I hope it will be mine soon! I absolutely love it.
- I can't believe that someone would make a comment on this page to brag that their parents are Doctors and their house is just as nice, if theirs is just as nice, why are they looking at this house???? very small minded people needing to boost their ego.
They need to remeber their parents are Doctors and the money raised from this house helps the patients, and the patients is what made the parents become Wealthy. Very shallow comments from them.
- This is such a beautiful Home, I buy a ticket every year and this year, my new address is going to be 7 Maryvale Cres, Richmond Hill..Can't wait. Everything I desire for the good is on it's way to me now
Thank you, Thank you, Thank You.
- Wow What a house....
- I am in love with this house the only things missing is a home theatre and everything that goes with it and some games tables also a big screen Tv in the master bedroom and the bastment and a tennis court also a swiming pool in the back yard would of been nice also you most of the time give a car but why not this time.
- this house is incredible.this is my dream house.I hope i will get chance to own it one day soon or later. It's beautiful i like it.
- wooo.
This is a paridise home.I hope could be mine
- AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Wow! having a feeing this will be mine.
- You people need to stop commenting on my house, that's for sure.
- This house is nothing short of magnificent. Love the interior furnishings and finishes. Would love it if you would list where to buy furnishings and accents.
- it is a nice house but i think jack lost his mind this time with too much silver and gray.but if i win it i would not change nothing.
- Hi, I always purchase a Princess Margaret ticket as well as a Sick Kids Ticket. Every time I don't win I say "That's it, I'm never buying a ticket again". This year I noticed that the Sick Kids Lottery actually broke down how much was puchased with the sale from the lottery. I took a step back and realized that its not about me winning but what part I am playing in this world to work together to end this dreaded disease. I could actually see that I am making a difference in this fight for our loved ones. Sure this house would be nice....but if my loved ones are not around to share in my joy what good would it be to win it. I am finally realizing that its not about winning the big one, but about playing an even bigger part in life ......and thats finding a cure for Cancer.
- The house is not reality -- but it's grand.
The location is not perfect -- but it's ideal (just take a drive around the place and you'll see what I mean)
The maintenance on this house would be nightmarish for most folks -- but hey, that's what it takes to live in a house like this.
I'd love to win it - but for ONE teensy-bitsy fly in the oatmeal - taxes - Richmond Hill has one of the highest home owner taxation there is - so does Thornhill -- that is the only unreal and detrimental factor in this fantasy showcase.
- Jack Celli; I just wanted to let you know that your work is AMAZING...
every home you did is better than the first. This home on Maryvale Cresent is a major "WOW FACTOR". I hope I win it so I can hire you back there to design the unfinished basement and the backyard .
- I've been dreaming to have a beautiful house of my own just look like this... i wish my dream will come true...
- humm...lovely.. just another dream
- what a beautiful home. i have purchased my tickets and im ready to move in!
- I love this house... `hopefully I can win the contest, so my family will be settled now!
- It would be a dream come true
- I am so happy and grateful that I will be celebrating my B-Day inside this house.
- WOW is all I can say....pick me!!
- most beautiful home! I will move right in and feel like it was made just for me...and it was!!!!!!!!!
- For a family that has an income as little as $300K/year, it would be quite practical to live in this house. For those with more modest incomes, there are more modest homes and condos. The point of the lottery is to raise the maximum amount of money to fight cancer. The big prize attracts more money thatn spreading it around into a lot of little prizes to suit only one income level. If you win something that doesn't suit you, sell it, buy what does and pocket the rest!
- love the house....not on location
- Think big! This is a beautiful home -- I pray that I am the winner!
- Maximum 3000 sq ft. homes would be just fine as showcase homes... these homes are way too big for the average family... and too costly to maintain... something closer to reality would be nice.
- Love the house!! dont like the decor.
Most people want the dream of being fashionably wealthy not cheap bling.
- absolutely beautiful. Fit for royalty. A fantasy home where all your wishes come true.
- WOW!! You guys have outdone yourselves once again.
- Beautiful. Too bad the property taxes would exceed my Gross income. Hope they give you the option to take the cash value!
- Okay, this house actually *SPARKLES* and I am a real sucker for sparkly things. The decorating team did a lovely job with equipping all the rooms with 'jewlery'... So pretty.
I'm not crazy about the washroom for the 'Leaf's' themed room - the glass shower faces two large windows that look onto the driveway - you'd give everyone in the neighbourhood a show everytime you used it!
The Master closet is nice, but there isn't enough SHOE STORAGE! I mean, your DREAM closet should have uber-spiffy shoe storage right?
Also, there is only 1 tub suitable for bathing a child. It's a lovely house, but really impractical. You would have to sell it since very few people actually have a lifestyle that suits it.
I agree with another poster that it might be nice to have 2 homes that add up to 3.6 in the lotto instead of one.
- never lived in house like this and the first thing comes out of my mind is .........sell it and why not give a portion of that money to good cause like this .....never had more anyways..........thank you and keep up the good work
- Love the house!! dont like the decor,
- It is a beautiful home...i know am going to win it
- I would love to live in it WOW! Why do they not have 3 more houses for the value of 3.6 million as it is too sad to have to move out after a year as you can not afford the cost and the taxes.
- My dream house!,love to live here
- I've been in this house and I have one thing to say about it: WOW! I espeacially loved the oasis and the swinging chairs. I also loved the bathroom and the bathtub. I just love that house. I wish I lived there!!!
- GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU
- I don't know if I want to live in this house. The thought of just stepping into such a large mansion is not real to me, never mind owning it and paying for it in taxes and hydro
I won't let myself dream of winning such a big house- if I do win it, I'll sell it right away.I do buy the lottery every year for a worthy cause
- This is the answer to my prayers! winning this home my family will decide and agree that they are able to join me in Canada, start news lives in such a wonderful country - and we can enjoy being together once more.
- My dream house!
- nice house how i wish this will be mine.
- this is an awesome house
- this is an awesome house
- The cost alone should be enough reason for voting for this home.
- Beautiful home - wonderful cause. My mother passed away from colon cancer when I was 21 and she did not get a chance to meet my husband or my 5 daughters. It would be great if we won this house and, believe me, we are probably one of the few families who could fill this home. It's nice to dream and I dream that I will be able to meet my son in laws and grand children one day and not have to suffer the same fate as my mom. Good luck to everyone.
- I toured this house and loved it. I imagine myself cooking in the kitchen, then off to my home gym, nice hot tub, then a drink in the bar downstairs, and then a hot shower in the on suite washroom, then off in the comfy bed!!
- IN THE NAME OF JESUS I PRAY MY AUNTY GETS THE HOUSE FOR HER AND HER WONDERFUL CHILDREN..AMEN
- bautiful
- this is a home fit for a KING or QUEEN.....something that you would hope would not eat up your lifes savings heating and lighting...lol...thank you
- Thank you so very much for building this magnificent home for our family. We truly appreciate all your efforts and enjoy living here. The neighborhood is lovely. We really like it here. Many thanks!
- everyone invalved in building these beautiful homes are amazing, give yourselfs a pat on the back for a job well done. p.s. special thanks for making 7 Maryvale Cresent extra speacial for my family to live in
- magnificent
- I won this house thank you God for everthing in life.
- Thank you all for previewing our home! I hope you enjoyed your virtual visit. We will love to have your at our first dinner. All our best to the staff and patients of the Princess Margaret Hospital. SWG!
- Smaller prizes = smaller number of ticket purchases. It's the dream, however impractical, of the "big win" that generates ticket sales. Breaking up the value of this prize into a number of smaller prizes would bring in less money, not more!
- I pray that winner the be one who will make the best use of it for the benefit of humanity
- I would like to vote for my favorite home which is # 7 Maryvale crescent thornhill ontario, My bought my son a ticket for his 28 birthday which us luck
- love to live here
- Great house and home.
A worthy cause and good odds of winning a prize - a real win-win situation.
- my dream house!
- I can see My family living in that House? THats why I buy TICKETS to dream and one day we just might be
there. But not just for winning but also to help in my little way,to help those with heart problems, like my 3 brothers &myslef.
- Can't wait to win this home...and sell it!!
- This is MY home.
- Oh my god it is amazing I could only wish, i dont win nothing. lol
- Decorated just like the rest of them, just plain ugly!
- I could get used to living here!
- It`s our dream home:)
- every day, atleast once, i keep looking at this beautiful house,i hope the dreams come true!!!! be the winner this time...
- What a beautiful house.Love to have a house like that.
- It is so nice that I could get used to it.!
- It is so nice that I could get used to it.!
- It is my dream home!
- Stunningly tacky interior design.
- It's like a Dream come TRUE if I win this and have my family moved in and enjoy everything this house... or should I say, Mansion, has to offer.
- I wish for this home.
- Please send me the notifcation
- so when do i recieve my keys too my new home for my family and myself..
- Helping others in need is a wonderful thing! We are all connected by a common thread of compassion.
p.s. Winning is just the icing on the cake!
- Stunning!
- extravagant home...fantastic details inside..a must see
- Magnificent home!
- Looks so nice. To bad that this amount of money could be split up and made 7 more prize homes or $100000 prizes that many many more people would love to bye tickets to know that there are more to win for thier money. Big prize for one person or many prizes for many people! We all could use bill free days.
- Such a beautiful home..hope that I win this 1 :)
- Stunning!
- PAINT COLOUR
Hi just wondering if someone out there can tell me the paint name and colour code for the fireplace mosaic hall way walls (deep brown) the code from the specs say Benjamin moore HC-85, but when I went to get the sample it's not the colour used. Can someone help me with this?
Response: The paint color you are looking for is a Benjamin Moore historical color HC-85 Fairview Taupe.

- I am so Happy Now that I have won this house. This house is now mine! Yeah!!!!! It is done!! It is so !!!!!!!!
- A tad gaudy on the inside but you can always sell it
- Love this home!! Greenpark has always built lovely homes. I always support the Princess Margaret Lottery and I hope that the funds raised will help all the people who are in need! Winning this home would be a dream come true.
- I'd love to have this house!
- this is a beautiful house, all except for the room in blue.(leafs) any way if i win it that this can be changed to a red room(senators).
but really a well done property. i would love for it to be mine.
- My father died of cancer. THe Princess Margaret is a great hospital and I love the idea of being able to support it and help give something towards research to help others in need.
- this is the most beautiful house in the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- It would be a good idea to have smaller grand prize homes of 1million each making more people happy.
Always a good ride out viewing theses homes. They are splended.
- WONDER FULL I LOVE IT
- IF I'M a lucky persosn i will win this home
- This is the most beautiful house my husband and I just love it.
- Picture my family living in it, just perfect.
- My wife her mother, father & brother all died of cancer. If I won this house there would be one nice party & then it would be up for sale and a good sum of money from it would go towards finally beating this dreaded disease. It would be interesting if the lottery would say what the taxes would be on a house like this.
Response: All the prize homes are brand new construction so have not yet been assessed for property taxes. A estimate for the Richmond Hill home would be in the $20,000 range. Don't forget this prize home will be awarded with $30,000 cash and NO mortgage. Free & Clear!
- I have been an supporting the Princess Margaret Lottery for many, many years. I have never won however, it's a great sense of satisfaction knowing that the fight continues against Cancer as I am a survivor and am able to contribute.
This is an absolutely beautiful house.....we all must dream!!!!
- It's a dream house; it will be amazing if I win, it will be like I am in my dream land living in my dreams.
- What I really look forward to is the day when it is no longer necessary to have these lotteries! LET'S CONQUER CANCER!
- I am owning it
- wow
- This is quite a reasonable prize for a family with an income as little as $300K/ year. There are many people in the GTA that could afford to live in this house. What is "reasonable" , like what is"old", is purely dependant on your point of view.
- Hoping I would be the LUCKY ONE to WIN THIS... so that my three kids don't have to live in the basement anymore!!! Pray for my winning ticket:)
- LOVE TO HAVE THIS HOME. Hope to have my dreams come true.
- MUCH TOO LARGE FOR MY HUSBAND AND I. HOWEVER, WE COULD SPEND SOME TIME THERE AND PRETEND TO BE WEALTHY! :-)
- Absolutely gorgeous. Perfectly decorated.
- I think these huge houses are a bad prize. Better to have more reasonable prizes. The Insurance, maintenance, taxes, etc will puit a quicK end to the $30K. on the big ones and then what?
Sell it? Not likely to get anywhere near the advertised price and you may not want to live way out of town......
- My new address in May.
- Dream home!
- I have never lived in a house of my own before, winning this prize would mean so much to me and my family. This will be such an amazing gift, even the thought of having christmas around a big table with all my friends and family is a great deal i would never turn down. Also, it's really a blessing for someone to have a house thats already well furnished for me, it's not easy to save money to buy such a wonderful house. In 2007 my family and i experienced a deadly hurricane called Ivan. Ivan destroyed our little house and belongings and from that day everything seemed to be so wrong and for me to win this house and sponser a cancer patient that's truly a gift from God. Thank-you.
- WOW this would be such a blessing of a house. my dream house for sure
- Huge house and very tastefully decorated¦ it looks like I had become a new fan of silver/grey paint :o)
- Very good house
- Very beautiful house. something in my dream
- this house is extravagant from bottom to top i would love to own it and my first idea is to throw a big house warming party
- great prize
- amazing! wow! this is sooo exciting!
- MY pick
- amazing house. we have been trying to build a house for a decade. we never have a chance. my 3 children all they ask is a house with a backyard so they can play outside...i hope i'm the winner this time!!!!!
- As a Canadiens fan, I'd certainly have to make a big change to that bedroom and bathroom but I could be very comfortable living on Maryvale Cres.
- absolutely love it! What a dream home.
- dream dream. that;s the only way to go,to live in this gorgeous house.and to pretend, IM RICH.
- This home is waiting for us.
- nice
- a beautifull house i can not wait to claim it
- wow! if I am dreaming please don't wake me up! love it!
- best looking home i ever saw
- Too big - I could not even heat it or pay the taxes. Prefer city homes such as previously in Willowdale and Forest Hill and luxury condos such as Bayview & Lawrence and Old Mill but prefer subway line condos in the City proper.
- nice house
- Stunning!
- This is unbelievable beautiful! It's an Angel's dream home! Luv it!
- very flashy but really nice. a great job with the kitchen bathrooms and more!! great job
- This house is absolutely gorgeous,by fer the largest house I ever seen.
- Holy smokes!!! It is beautiful!!!
- How are you, Dream Home? I pray every knight to call you my own. You are beautiful.
- This is a beautiful house, would love to raise my kids in it!
- Nice house, its all good
- This is a beautiful home. sorry everyone but it belongs to me
- wow!! amazing MY Dream home, I love it. Good luck to ALL :=)
- I will appreciate it if you could let me know if there is an elevtor and if the basement is finished in the house.
- It is absolutely gorgeous. I hope I win it
- Absolutely fantabulous!
- Wow! This is breath-taking! I can't wait to receive the call confirming that I am the winner of this beautiful mansion! I'm counting down the days and I've already started packing! Thanks Greenpark ;)
- by far the most elegant home, kudos
- beautiful home. like a dream come true. awsome.
- this home looks like an art work done by Thomas Kinkade
- This is such a gorgeous house, I love it. S.D.J
- This is my perfect dream home. JR.
- You have really outdone yourself this time. The beautiful soft tones, the artwork, the mirrors are fantastic. I really like the flair to the staircase of the entertainment room. Totally exquisite house. There is a history of this terrible disease in my family and I know there are many more who are effected by cancer. I am really pleased with the efforts (the house, the decor, the prizes) which encourage people to purchase a ticket thereby helping research to eradicate this disease. Thank you all.
- .. I know it's for a very good cause, either way I look forward of owning this beautiful miracelous house. "This is my home". and the exquisite designed is breath taking. Greenpark is my builder and I await the calling of my number.
cc
- amazing house wish i could win it
- I loved the house, wonderful! But the decor is so so grey and sad for such magnificent house!!!
- Here's to winning this incredible dream home!
- awesome home hope I win it.
- First of all, I'm glad that this lottery exists. My Dad died of Malignant Myeloma (in his spine) in 1992. I know that the funds raised will help fund reseach, new equipment and patient care. Now, for the house: A 4 CAR GARAGE IS A DREAM COME TRUE! I find most of the decor is too modern. How about something more traditional (Oriental Rugs, classic wallpaper), 'Laura Ashley (original patterns)' and "'Trisha Romance' style". The kitchen is lovely but the doors in the laundry room look CHEAP! Forget the wall to wall broadloom - you can never really get it clean. The location -Thornhill - is great - and property is wide enough so won't be troubled by nosy neighbours. Another place with great homes is the Stoufville/Aurora area - hint, hint . . . For those who say a $3.6 million home is too big, well $1 million doesn't buy what you think it would! I've found the nicest homes are about $2.4 million - not too big or too small. I see that this house has a Bidet and that's great to have! One concern, though. I have Arthritis and have trouble with stairs, and I remember a home you had a few years ago which had an elevator. Does this home have an ELEVATOR?
- Gorgeous!
- I lost my father to cancer when I was thirteen. I lost my mom to cancer when I had my first child. Thank God that this lottery exists to drum up support to hopefully one day put an end to this disgusting disease. The houses offered are by far the best prizes offered in any other lottery and Jack, my hat goes off to you for your time and effort to make each house unique.
- May I be blessed with this home, this will be a beautiful palace if I take possession....then I can help my other family members....with best hope.
- This is for a good cause and I am happy that I was able to contribute to it. It is fun to dream of winning this home but more fun to know that it is for a good cause.
- its everybody's dream home, very nice house and thanks for all people who support the princess margaret hospital.
- wow!! amazing.
- what a great home. although its hard to imagine my enormous family and I living there and damn this house must be hard to clean!
- That has to be the worse decorating we have ever seen for a house in that price range. A very uncomfortable and unfriendly family home. Not everyone is a Leaf fan.
- Elegently designed and decorated. Lots of natural light throughout the home which I really like. The grounds show a good level of privacy that I desire. Great for a nice big family. It is wonderful for PMH foundation to receive such support from sponsor's beautiful donations. They are vital in helping to continue supporting ongoing cancer research.
- Good luck to anyone that wins this amazing prize, win or lose just remember it's for a good cause.
- Perfectly stunning and awesome Dream Home not only for me and my family, but to all the other Dreamers out there! Would be nice to live in it and pass it on to my kids.
- BEAUTIFUL Home! Absolutely amazing architecture. The layout concept is just stunning and practical too. The driveway makes perfect sense. Overall, a 10!
- To answer the below washroom question. There is washroom near the laundry room and if i'm not mistaken, there are actually 2 near the laundry room.
- Beautiful home anyone would love to win this one including myself.Good luck to us
- I'm sure a home as this one would make me feel so nice . To be able to live in such a home ; would make me
appreciate living in it . Thanks
I've havn't lived in a big home ; but would love to.
- This is my home, so everyone, enjoy the view for now.
- Almost all of this would drive me NUTS-Horrid & overdone. Plus, how many people could really use this or afford to maintain it? It will end up as apartments. Two generous homes could have been built there. Waste of land. Why would I want to buy a lottery ticket?
- Although this is a nice looking house - I would want something smaller and less expensive.
- Oh my god I love this house...too bad I don't live in Ontario.
- This house is stunning, I would love to move my whole family into this house, and let them enjoy their own rooms. Spacious, Elegant and absolutely stunning are all the words to describe this house.
- "If this house is anything in real life as it appears on the VR Tour it is truly amazing." - It is amazing, visit it in person if you can. It has 2 washrooms on the main floor. You can see the door frames on the VR tour. One outside the hot tub room, across from the laundry room, the other near the second staircase.
- Indeed a dream! I'm dreaming and seeing it a reality... again, I'm dreaming, really, really.
- Big Home - very nice
- This house is absolutely stunning!
- This house is the definition of perfection, and the beginning of a beautiful life for the lucky winner. May the gods bless those who have the chance to win such a spectacular home.
- Dream Home and I hope I WIN PLACE :=)))))
- how are you- My dream home and I want this :)
- Absolutely Amazing! Would love to live in this home! My 2 yr. old son loves the big backyard and the Hockey theme bedroom. Hope I'm the Winner!!
- If this house is anything in real life as it appears on the VR Tour it is truly amazing. We have studied the VR Tour very carefully and would like to know if you or anyone can tell us where on the main floor is a washroom. We have not been able to find even one door that may lead to one. I would assume that a washroom on the main floor would or should be as opulent as the rest of the place and be suitably located for everyone, young and old alike. Having designed roof trusses for many homes of this nature over the past 12+ years- I can be certain that there is no room above the garage. All those windows on the roof are called false dormers, and are strictly for cosmetic purposes.
Can't wait to win this one. A cash option may be a better idea though for all us middle-low income types. Come on everyone buy a ticket , it's for a very worthy cause!
- Even though I have yet to win anything in the PMHL after buying a ticket for the last several years, I look forward with pleasure each year to viewing the homes on the website and letting my dreams run rampant. Some feel it would be a hassle to sell the home, but that is one problem I would love to have. I have no intention of living in the house if I won it, primarily because I do not wish to relocate and/or could not afford the upkeep on the home. But think how you would benefit once you sell the home. I also love to look at the furnishings and accessories and think about where I could use them in my own home. If I won a home, I envision myself and my family enjoying staying there for a weekend while making arrangements for its sale. It's all about dreaming and hoping for the future, not only for you and your families, but for those who are fighting cancer.
- I have three boys, with common-law husband, this beautiful, lovely, stunning house was made for us!, OMG it's so well put together! I would love to live in this sigh I can only wish,I pat the guy on his shoulder, for and AMAZING job, well done.jaw dropping, sigh of WOW!, I love to move in.Somebody is going to to extremely lucky to move in.
- please people enjoy looking at it! As I just bought the winning ticket! lol!
- I want to get it!
- I have to say that everyone involved in making this dream come true for the lucky winner should be proud of themselves, all your hard work, time and effort has really paid off. I come out every year to view the dream home and purchase a ticket. I'm so glad that the money goes for a great cause and helping many people out their with their struggle dealing with cancer. I only wished that I had the opportunity to bring my mother along to see this beautifull home before she passed away. It would have been her first time and she would have loved it. Amazing job everyone!!!! My dream someday is to win the Grand prize dream home, and give my family a better life and help others in need.
Scott
- Hope my dream becomes reality :)
This is trully my dream home.....
- To all you negative people that comment terribly on this home, I would like to see what you really think about it if you actually won it. Nothing in life is UNREALALISTIC, its a negative word, and its what you make of it, try using the word "HOPE" cause that simple word can effect your way of living differently. Remember when you stop hoping, consider your life over.
- fantastic! i'd be the queen in this house...
- i luv this house and its gonna be mine!
- This house is excellent. Whoever wins is blessed. great design
- This house is excellent. Whoever wins is blessed. great design
- Interior decorating is way over the top! So many fake silk plants and mirrors everywhere. A more traditional interior would have been much warmer. If I won this home, I would get rid of most of the interior pieces.
- what's not to love about this house
- Amazing!!
- I love and I want and I'll get this house.
- absolutely stunning
- i like to look at this house .
- My dream home and I hope I win :)
- A dream home!
- This how is abosulutely beautiful. Anyone would be lucky to raise a family in there.
- Such a stunningly designed house , thanks Jack Celli for making dreams come true.
- Such a stunningly designed house , thanks Jack Celli for making dreams come true.
- Only in my dreams!
What is up with that designer?
Everything looks very dark and a lot of glass. Need to hire that female designer for the grand prizes.
- This house is an amazing house. The interior decorations are just fabulous.
- Wow this house is so amazing...
- Jack Celli is my hero!
- God this is my dream house.
- One of the most beautiful house with great location! Good luck to anyone that wins this amazing prize. I will continue to support the PMHL.
- This is an extremely beautiful home. I claim it as mine with the winning ticket
- OMG if i won this i would just cry, cry cry cry.
- To answer a couple of the questions below for those who haven't visited the home ...
The closed double doors in the basement hall lead to huge amounts of unfinished space on both sides. On the one side there a small amount of tiling at the bottom of the side stairwell. On each side is one of the two furnaces.
The master bathroom has a crazy his and hers theme .. from the two showers that are evident in the VR tour to the sinks and to behind the walls where the sinks are. On one side there is a toilet AND a urinal while on the other side there is a toilet and a bidet. For those of you who love cleaning bathrooms this house truly is a dream come true!
- your web site should also include the source list of all the interiors paint and all. Or have a catalogue you can order or download for all the homes.
Response: A spec list will be posted soon.
- This is my Dream Home. I only pray that I will be the Winner and My wife and family will take care of it and will not sell this Beautiful Home. This Home of mine will go down to my Children and to their children and Their children's children. I have a Lottery ticket for the draw.
- a beautiful home. My favourite.
- My mom passed away from cancer 6 years ago and I've been buying tickets ever since in hopes to provide a cure for others.
This house is a beauty and such a great prize for the cause.
- I love this home. I am claiming it as my new address. I will spend next christmas in it with my family and friends. It is beautiful.
Thank you.
- When I get old and have to go to the washroom every 5 minutes I won't have to go very far I'll 10 bathrooms to choose from for my relief I also love the his and hers toilets because my wife gets annoyed when I leave the seat up. If I win this big beautiful house you are all not invited the doors will be locked the curtains drawn so don't come a knocking because I'll be busy in my whirlpool
- It amazing beautiful dream home.
- My family and I came by to see the house, loved it!! Seven of us can not wait to move in. GOOD LUCK to everyone!!
- I have been purchasing tickets for a while now, and even if i do not win i have just by donating to a worthy cause. I have a friend with breast cancer now and have lost family members and other young friends to this disease, so if i can in some way contribute i do. and urge other's to as well. It is a lovely home and our dogs would like a bigger home too, hahaha!
- Hello! TPMH!
How are you and your loved ones doing? Well I hope! I'm very pleased to see that once again, the grand prize home is a 10+ rating in my book! Thanks again! Have A Nice Day! Maria of Hamilton, Ontario!
- Nice home, nice prize but really let's be honest here...Who can afford this house the annual costs associated..It's all fluff and really to the average person they would be lucky to even stay there a couple of months before having to sell it..A better prize would have been a 1.5MM home and the costs associated with home ownership taken care of...And reading those comments of people playing for years and winning nothing really erodes the mind of dreaming of anything..Thanks but no thanks...At the end of the day this is a LOTTERY and it is playing into innocent peoples desperation of winning just like Lotto Max, 6/49 etc....You want to raise money then do it the noble way and accept from those that don't ask for anything in return....
- I currently reside in Richmond Hill and my Fiance and I are saving for a house in the area.......This would be Perfect for our kids and situated in a great location for our work!
Just Imagine!!!!
- An amazing home like this needs to be filled with a wonderful family. Whomever wins hopefully will meet those standards! Good luck to all this is truly a beautiful home!
- I love this house is beautiful elegant....I wish, I have money to maybe buy a house like this....my dream house some day
- You will need another million to redecorate, but what a yardsale
- My dream house. I'm gonna share this house to all my relatives and friends.
- this house is amazing. i really want this house
- THIS IS MY DREAM HOME, PERFECT FOR OUR BIG FAMILY...MAY GOD BLESS US WITH THE GIFT OF THIS HOME!
- I already changed my driving license to this address, matter of when I get that phone call
- i want this house it's beautiful
- Isn't this amazing? I hope I'm the lucky one to win this!!
- I want this amazing house!
- I will bring my family to take a look and see how many wows we will have! Who will be the lucky one!!!
- Very nice! Got my tickets. Great home, great location, amazing cause, keep it up.
- Winning this home would make all of my family's dreams come true. As a breast cancer survivor, I understand from personal experience the need for this lottery. I have been extremely happy to support the PMHL since it began, and I will continue to do so. Unfortunately, I have never been lucky enough to win anything in any of the PMHL lotteries, however, as always, every time I buy my tickets, I still hope and pray, that this will change with this lottery and my family will get lucky this time.
- This is by far the nicest of all the homes. It's big, has plenty of ameneties and is located relatively close to downtown T.O.
- This home is fantastic. Every window has a nice view. Lot's of room in the backyard for a pool.
- This is my dream house. I love love it hope to win that one. bless the winner of the home.
I love love love..............................
this home. thank you
- I have the map on how I will be driving home after work to this house...from Yonge and Eg. all the way up home sweet home....yeahhhhhh!!!
- I live here already too late for the rest of y'all
- i love this home very much. hoping to win
- this is definately the dream house ,My dream home
- An 8,000-square-foot house in Toronto will consume a huge amount of energy to heat and cool. To own one shows a disregard for the environment. please consider valuing quality over quantity.
- This is my dream home. Love it all! Can't wait to move in.....
- My name is Steve A and I think I will be the one moving in..lol I will have you all over for Drinks! Imagine this really happened?
- This home is absolutely stunning
- What a house...... Thank you
- I just don't even know what to say! One of the few top-prize monster homes that actually has a big kitchen! Tastefully decorated this time. If I close my eyes, I can see my two boys and I playing soccer in the huge yard. I definitely would no longer have to tell them not to run in the house because there is no room anymore!!
- love it
- love this house, i know it is going to be mine.
- I think this is truly a wonderful thing that the Princess Margaret is doing. I may not have the hundred dollars to buy some times, but when i do i always buy. thank you.
- My Dream Home come true.I just......LOVE IT!!!
- wow ?
- When I first entered the Grand Prize Home another person touring the home made the comment that it reminded him of the home of Liberache (sp), because of all the glitter and bling. I thought he was being sarcastic but after I toured the home I had to agree it was just over the top in glitter and bling. After the other Cancer Lottery and the home in Oakville last fall I thought you might have learned most people want the dream of being fashionably wealthy not cheap bling. This home would be at the bottom of the list for a choice of a place to live. Why the similar layout/style to the past Grand Prize Homes.
- Wonderful VOW VOW & VOW
What a HOUSE !
- A dream come true.
- There are windows on the roof of the garage (as is on the third storey of this home). Is there a room over the garage?
- Good luck to anyone that wins this amazing prize, win or lose just remember it's for a good cause. Brampton!
- This House is fabulous and it is my dream home. I imagine myself moving to this house with my family. What makes it wonderful is also to be giving for the grand cause.
Thank you for the house.
- Fit for a king and his queen.....just fabulous!!!
- My comment is that this is a huge home that has a lot of wasted space and over the top poor decoration... I would rather see some larger condos with parking and Locker in Toronto downtown Core than this. This would appeal to a very small market and it a absolute Property tax nightmare and utility nightmare as well. Let do this better, less Hype more content... 20000 cash sure would not go very far here.
- One of the most beautiful homes created by Greenpark. Excellent Job!!!
- The Layout of this house is incredible! Absolutely love the kitchen.
- This is seriously one of the most beautiful homes I have seen. The decor is just perfect... exactly the type of theme I would envision in a house of my own... truly amazed!
WHAT A SHOWCASE!!
Special shoutout to Jack (Interior Designer)... you are an awesome designer!
- If you bought a ticket or 2 or three....and don't win a prize....no worries....WE ARE ALL WINNERS FOR CONTRIBUTING TO A FANTASTIC CAUSE....now that's worth more than the grand prize!! :)
- how much space do we need to live a life? how much do we need to save a life? Beautiful home and i hope it goes to the one who really needs it.
- nice nice nice
- Thank you for the house.
- Reading through the comments - boy do some people need to lighten up! This is a wonderful lottery - full of great prizes and for a great cause. Just because there are prizes involved does not mean that I am not donating from my heart. So, some of the prizes are opulent - its nice to dream. Can't afford the taxes and maintenance? Don't want to live at that address? Sell and get what you can afford where you want to live! Too hard to sell, not enough buyers? Give me a break! There are real problems in the world - like people suffering from cancer! See this lottery for the opportunity it is - opportunity for you and for them. Buy a ticket or don't, but stop complaining about such nonsense!!
- Loved the house, but didn't like the decor (only seen online, maybe better in person) - too formal, too silver/gray, too masculine. Anyway, glad to see so many people do like it - I'll have lots of people to sell it too when I win!
- Breathtakingly beautiful...The kitchen, the hottub, the games room... what more can you ask for!!! Looking forward to picking up the keys to my new home soon. Can't wait!!
- just a dream just a dream that could come true i guess... buy a ticket and believe you can win
- OMG please pick me i would love to win that house i came from africa im poor girl
- I HOPE THIS HOME GOES TO GOOD PEOPLE WHO WILL APPRECIATE IT AND TAKE CARE OF IT. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL HOME .......
- What a great location and a fabulous house to raise a family and have family functions in! I would love to live here and play a giant game of hide and go seek with my children!
- I can't wait to move in !!! Beautiful home.
- Beautiful home!! Hope I win it!!
- I would really love to win this home because i would really want my Mom and Dad to finally deserve the life they have been working for all their lives. This house i would hand it over to my parents because they deserve to have the best. As long as you believe anything can happen
- If I won, no way would I sell. It would be my 4 kids, my 2 brothers, Mother, Father, my husband and myself sharing this gorgeous dream home. I'd say we all could manage between us. This would be perfect!! *SIGH* Too dream..Regardless, $100 dollars is a small price to pay for a dream, and a small contribution to help conquer cancer. My father is battling Mesothelioma. (A rare form of cancer that is linked to asbestos)
- I can't wait to move in!!!!!!!!
- Finally our home away from home ( Burlington)
- Nice Home! But very boxy. It could have a larger Family Room with an open concept kitchen.
- I think this is an amazing house and I hope to WIN. I'm not sure why certain people are complaining about the size. If it's too big and glamorous than sell it and you have the money to buy the house you desire. I cannot afford to purchase a house of this magnitude BUT if I won it than I would LOVE to try to live in it. Your mortgage/rent payment now will help pay the taxes each year and you get to live in something that normally is out of your league. The $30,000.00 can be used to help pay the bills that no doubt come with this mansion. Instead of looking for something to complain about, I look for something to be optimistic about.
- Had to see this one again. Don't think linear, dreamers. With a $3.6 million asset, one could borrow a modest amount and open a business --ie a franchise. There are tax benefits to being a business owner. It is realistic to keep this house even if you are of modest means. Dream, and if you win, Live The Lifestyle.
- I would love to win this house!!! This is absolutely breath-taking.
- I am just earning for my forever home.
- This home is absolutely stunning!!!
As a professional realtor for the last 15 years, I give this home a huge thumbs up!
- I'd like to win this so I can have enough rooms to take in/sponsor some up and coming athletes who wish to represent Canada in the next Olympics or who are looking to become NHL players
- What else is in the basement? there are two double doors that we cannot see beyond...
- This gorgeous home is indeed like a palace! It's spacious, beautifully decorated and it has a old fashioned and comfortable look about it.
- This would be a dream come true for the entire family to live in with my grandmother, mother, my children and grandchildren, 5 generations, we need a place to take care of each other with space. A place for memories. Thanks to all involved in making it possible. God bless!
- What are the property taxes on this property?
Response: All the prize homes are brand new construction so have not yet been assessed for property taxes. A estimate for the Richmond Hill home would be in the $20,000 range. Don't forget this prize home will be awarded with $30,000 cash and NO mortgage. Free & Clear!
- dreaming aaaa wakeupppp...elena
- This is the house for our 5 young boys to grow up in!
- We took 2 of our 5 boys to view this Dream home, and they were running in the backyard, I could picture all 5 of them this summer in this big backyard, not to mention all the interior room. Just the right home for our family.
- This home has an absolutely stunning layout, and wonderful yard, but the living room and family room were reminiscent of last year's "Bordello" mansion. I'd love to live here, but the taxes alone are nearly 3 times what I'm now paying for a mortgage. I love the earlier comment about a $1 million home plus cottage and cash so we can afford to enjoy them.
- couple of things...firstly, if BREAKFAST TELEVISION is holding the draw LIVE...then why isnt it BT that is featured on the flatscreen in one of the living rooms, instead of CNN?????secondly...it is the average, hardworking, underpaid kinda people that make up the majority of people that buy tickets to this very worthy cause..we dont live like this..how about next time something REALISTIC..THAT WE CAN AFFORD TO KEEP UP WITH...I will still buy my ticket, more for the cause than than anything else..
- Jack Celli has done an outstanding job with the interior decor. This is the best ever decor! I have been back to view the home more than 20 times!! Seeing this beautiful home online is almost as great as winning.
- How does one pay the taxes on this even if I did win? The thought scares me away. Yikes!!!!!
- I see myself being here...I will just be!
Spectacular
- I could probably afford to live in this house for a few months if I won lol!
- Very good house!
It'll be better with swimming pool under glass
roof...and solar panels for hydro...
Good to know what kind of taxes for this house
I'm proud for Princess Margaret staff ,for great job there doing and wish they will make cancer history
I'll continue to support them
- I love this house .
- For such a beautiful showhome I was dissappointed at the size and decor of the kitchen: they should have installed granite or quartz for counter tops, it seemed kind of plain
- Beautiful house, great location, but most of all best thing that PM is doing in helping the hospital find a cure for this horrible disease.
- Just fantastic.
- I will relocate in a heartbeat to this totally fantastic dream of a home! This will be an amazing place to call home....talk about living the life! Just think of ONLY having to pack up our clothes and nothing else!!!! Fingers crosses that we win....
- This is my home!!! WOW
- Wow!!!! I'm sure I would need to walk around with the floor plan for a few weeks!!! I think I can do that, here's to dreaming............
- This house is amazing...WOW this would just be the life to live...Great job to the whoever did this you have talent and are amazing at what you do.
- We just had our first son and we need a home. The garage would be perfect for my husband's cedar strip canoe building business. We'll take it:)
- nice house
- I Hope I win This House
- I would move for this home and neighborhood.
- It will be a dream come true, for both patient and winner..
- Perfect home for my family we love Toronto Maple Leafs...GO LEAFS! GO LEAFS!!!!!
- May God bless the winner of this home and the other homes....
- Too big would definitely get lost in there every morning!
- Talk about the Emporer's new clothes! lol!
I burst out laughing at the thought of my children and I, a bird, dog and two cats living in this opulent mansion! I got lost just taking the tour and imagined my children spending hours playing hide n seek in this palace.
I have always dreamed of owning a home for my children to grow up in, but my yet unobtainable 'dream' consisted of more humble beginnings - like an old fixer-upper and even that is beyond my financial ability. As lovely and as incredible as this house is, it would be like a culture shock to live in it...but I will dream anyway!
I have purchased a Princess Margaret ticket every year for the last few years and have never won a thing, but I will attest to the magnificent work this hospital does for cancer patients. My father and step-mother both had cancer treatment at PM and the hospital, staff, etc., should be commended for their dedication, expertise and compassion.
Win or not, I will keep buying tickets when I can as it's a great cause to contribute to.
Best of luck to everyone who participates and God bless all the patients, caregivers, professionals and families who have been touched by this awful disease. xo
- After reading some of the comments I am beginning to think that maybe owning this house can overextend the average person. Maybe a good compromise would be winning a stunning million dollar home and a average priced cottage with a substantial cash prize to pay for the two potential properties expenses for the next 5 years. Only then could the average person could enjoy the grandprize.
- too big and realistically unaffordable for the average person
- This a really big home for myself and my husband along with our yorkie and poodle. Guess we just have to invite all our children and grandchildren over for sleepovers. Keeping my fingers crossed. We always buy three tickets every draw. The money goes to a cause that hopefully will be irradicated from society.
- Georgeous House.
I patiently and with great excitement, await my Family move in the our New and Fabulous Home :) :) :)
- Stunning home. Brilliant and creative design.
- This house is definitely better designed and built than all your previous grand prizes. However, I would suggest that you use granite instead of marble. Marble is too soft and may get easily scratched. The master-bedroom is too small for a $3.6m home and the layout is awkward for placing a king-size bed. From the appearance, the large flat roof could be a problem in case of wet and heavy snow. The trees planted for landscaping are too close to th house. In 10-15 years time they will be too large and block off the sunlight. Their roots could also damage the house.
- I wish i could win this amazing house.
- WOW!!!! Amazing looking home. Loved everything about this one. Great job Greenpark.
- What is behind the wall in the Master Bath where the two sinks are? From what I can see there is a toliet to the left, but the space that is not showing can't be empty space, is it?
- I am looking forward to seeing this vivid dream .
- THIS WILL BE A BEAUTIFUL PALACE IF GOD PERMITTING I TAKE POSSESSION...
THANKYOU
- What a gorgeous home!! 4 car garage....wow!!
- This house is the perfect size for my 5 children to grow up in. We currently live in a smaller home with only three bedrooms and this home would be a dream come.
- This would be an amazing prize to win!
- ..sweet dreams are made of thee..who am i to disagree....remember that song..well..this is MINE...my dreams my goals and in my possession soooooon...
never too big to enjoy the freedom to call..home..remember your home is your castle..that's what i live by...Pat S
- How can this not be # 1 ?????????????
- Eww... I do not like the interior design. It's really tacky. The Oakville home done a few months ago was a lot classier and more modern.
- Can you please pull my ticket to win this house!
- went by this house the other day and it is outstanding. Of course it would of been nice to look inside. I guess I should pay closer attention to the times posted on the web site eh. Oh well nobody said you have to be smart to win.ha I build houses and noticed the contractor used tar at the roof line on the brick protrusion over the garage. I would of thought a flashing could of eliminated this black goo on the brick. I know, I know, picky picky. Anyway I think this house is the best yet and bought 3 tickets. I also informed my son if he did not buy a ticket as a gift for fathers day, I will take him out of the will. haha
- Unbelievable, the decorator or decorators should receive an award. I was not impressed with last years grand prize decor. However could you possibly ever beat this tastefully glitter of delight masterpiece next year. It is beyond perfection. Who did this masterpiece anyway? I am into decorating and I do not give praise easily but WOW!!! after viewing this home I found this home to be beyond words. I had intended to purchase one ticket but possibly increasing my chances of being an owner of this heaven on earth home changed my mind to increase my odds. Whatever the end results, I know it to be for a great cause. Believe in your dreams !!!
RESPONSE: Glad you like it. Jack Celli, Interior Design Director for Greenpark decorated the home.
- By far the nicest grand prize home I have seen in the last few years...well done Greenpark!
Good luck to all - especially those that are battling to beat this horrible disease.
- By far the nicest grand prize home I have seen in the last few years...well done Greenpark!
Good luck to all - especially those that are battling to beat this horrible disease.
- Sorry, can't do the vr tour. but the outside looks fabulous!!!
- Beautiful Home
- Vary beautiful and exciting design.
- What a beautiful home. The furnishings and decor are out of this world. Well done
- Wow - what an incredible home. Exquisitely decorated. Quality comes with Greenpark! Just love the kitchen. This is a house made for entertaining. I could sure have a first class home business environment living here!
- I would like to remind everyone to please Remove your shoes when entering MY house to take a look around!! Goodluck to all, the other prizes are nice also!
- Unbelievable! This is going to be one lucky winner! Of course the real winners are the cancer survivors and the future cancer free generations once we have this thing beat for good.
- WOW!!! As much as I was negative about last year's Dream Home, this one makes up for it in spades. THIS is truly the Dream Home of Dream Homes. The depth of decor and finishes is truly amazing. This house has everything my family could wish for and then some. May Lady Luck be with me at this year's draw.
- BEAUTIFUL HOME. WE ALWAYS BUY PM TICKETS BUT NO LUCK..HOPEFULLY THIS WILL BE OUR LUCKY DAY. BUYING TICKETS IS A GOOD CAUSE TO HELP FIGHT THIS TERRIBLE DISEASE.. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!!
- Its absolutely amazing. What a grand house to live in. All the prizes are fabulous.
As a cancer patient in recovery I'm so lucky to have the Princess Margaret Hospital here in my city, without them I would probably not be here today.MC
- Wow this is the best house ever. Fourteen months ago I was diagnosed with terminal cancer.......... The loving support of people who purchase these lottery brings PMH one step closer to finding the cure. I dream big, I dream for this house
- This is not only a dream home for all but also a dream to help find a cure not only for today but tomorrow and what the future holds..if we all take the time to help find a cure for this worthy cause..we can all be winners one day..winners in your heart that you did something worthwhile and help find a cure.

- I think this is my favourite of all the past Grand Prize Show Homes. Just stunning!!!!
- what a wonderful home!!!But whow is the designer???Love it
Response: Glad you like it. Jack Celli, Interior Design Director for Greenpark decorated the home.
- Another job well done Jack, as I expected. I will make this nice and simple for everyone, I'm calling this one, "The Cat's Meow".
- WOW WOW WOW !!!
- It is fun to look at this beautiful place. However, it will become more gorgeous with my name on the title. Go ahead and write my name on the title in trust until the papers are transferred. I see my self owning this home. WOW!!!.
Allister
- We must conquer cancer before it takes hold our lives. Beautiful house. Prefer the furnishings and decorations of the Oakville house, however, I still love it.
- Real prize is cure and saving or changing life of people affected by cancer. I support the cause and ask everyone to participate for the cause.
- Stunning home donated for a worthy cause! Great job by all including the volunteers. Bought my ticket to help out and to win!
- An estimate on property taxes?
How many furnaces and air conditioning units are there?
Response: All the prize homes are brand new construction so have not yet been assessed for property taxes. A estimate for the Richmond Hill home would be in the $20,000 range. Don't forget this prize home will be awarded with $30,000 cash and NO mortgage. Free & Clear!
The Richmond Hill home features two furnaces and two air conditioning units.
- How big is the entertaining room or games room?
- To live in a palace would be a dream come true... only a dream for now but once you purchase a ticket you have a real chance of making this dream a reality. Someone has to win and hopefully it can be me and my family. I can't wait to realize the dream.
- The house is a very beautiful and big . Me and my family loved it.
- May God bless everyone who is working towards a great cause and to find a cure. We would all like to win a house like this. Dreams do come through but you have to have faith. Good luck to all.
- i will win this home.I will sell it (because I cannot maintain it) and utilize the cash for my future---RETIRED.
- PMH cured my mother's cervical cancer, and i'm forever grateful. 13 years in counting since my mother has been cured.
- If I win then I would let my brothers
live in it for free even though it is bigger than the house I live in. They deserve to live there.
Thanks
- I was able to attend the preview viewing of this house - it is absolutely beautiful! I hope I will be fortunate enough to call this house my home :-)
- Gorgeous home. We toured through it. The art in this home is amazing! I'd sure like to live there!
- I was able to attend the preview viewing of this house - it is absolutely beautiful! I hope I will be fortunate enough to call this house my home :-)
- Great property but I must say I prefer the decorating of Linda Reeves. Can't wait for the draw.
- I would share this with my whole family as my Mom is now a widow and needs a place to live and my sister is homeless and my son needs a -place to grow safely
- I agree with one of the other comments. No one needs a $3.6 million dollar home. Have 7 more prizes of $500,000.00 which an "average" family could live in. It would be more useful, and more winners.
- The best House prize yet! Set in an 'old established' neigborhood, instead of a newly developed area . So much nicer finding this gem with it's great big property allotment around it & not squished together with other houses. Very private. Very lovely. Great area just outside of Toronto. let's hope they do this type of house/setting in old established neighborhoods every year. It really is a dream house.
- A home for all my family! Just need the key for this great home so we can be all together. Thanks
- Beautiful, yes but not as beautiful as my son who starts chemo on tues. The Cancer clinic is absolutely incredible and the words can not explain the support we received so far.
- The Best One Ever.
- What an UGLY design. It looks like a jail. What happened to color? Design? I looks like recycled furniture. I an not buying a ticket because I wouldn't want to win this and have to find someone to buy it
- well all these lotteries i believe is just a big scam to make money but i do buy it from time to time just because i hope at least some money will actually for the hospital.
- This house looks very nice but I really like the ones in Oakville best.
- We are all winners in this lottery- the real prize is finding a cure! Great work PMH in what you do everyday. Thanks for giving us all a bit of fantasy, beautiful home, location and very classy decor.
- although this is a beautiful home, at this price if you had 7 more prizes of $500,000 which an "average" family could live in, this would be so much more useful
- I purchase a ticket for every single draw. My Dad passed away almost 10 years ago & Princess Margaret Hospital made his last 3 years as best as they could be considering the rare case of Leukemia he contracted. I am glad to donate to such a worthy cause! One day I hope for a cure like many others & to win an awesome house like this would be a BIG bonus!!!
- The VR tour is up for this property. The house looks beautiful! A couple of things are, as usual, missing from the tour : a walk completely around the outside perimeter of the house , a look at the garages and how you access them. I also would like to know what the size of the lot is. Even for the size of the house, it appears to be huge!
- Sooooooo much nicer than the last one! Who is the decorator? Amazing job!!!
- that is awesome...
- BEAUTIFUL!!!
WOW!!!
- It is a great opportunity to donate for a cause and have a chance of winning an a amazing price. I can see my family in this house
- This would be a dream of a life time. Being disabled and out of a job, this house would definatly brighten my spirits and that of my family. Not having to pay a mortgage would take a load off my wifes shoulders
- I would like to win this hose and have my kids back with me.that is my dream.
and have cars and garage for each one of them and us.
- Love it, love it, love it! Want it, want it, want it!
- Other then finding a cure for cancer the thing I love most about the lottery is going to the homes standing in each room and listening to everyone dream . The homes are filled with love and dreams! What a way to start a new life. If you could just draw my name this year ! thank you Princess Margaret!
- I went to see the homes over the weekend and it appears that princess margaret has seen my dream and made it come true. It would be a blessing to own any of the homes especially this one and I hope the purchase of my tickets help in the cure for cancer! Thank you for a job well done and giving all of us a chance to dream and help!
- Stunning home, fabulous location. I plan on winning this year :)
- Finally, my dream come true!.........
- I like the city of Oakville, but this house in Richmond Hill is much better suited to being central for getting to work, friends and family. We entertain a lot so the finished lower level is a dream come true (if we won it, naturally). And to be greedy, I wish there was still a car in the driveway to put into one of the four garages. Ah well. :-)
My family has been touched too many times by cancer. I participated in the Walk For Life last year and this is one of the few charities we trust to put the money where they say they are putting it.
- Not to turn this comment stream into a debate, but I totally disagree that the prizes are irrelevant. The whole fact that these lotteries are even necessary is proof of that in my mind. We as a society have moved in large part to a mode of 'give if there is a promise of something tangible in return' and I am as guilty as the next. Certain tragedies like Haiti pull our purses open wide but on a day to day basis we seem to often need a carrot. Perhaps the research has shown that a huge carrot like this draws more attention and thus more money than a carrot that the majority could actually eat .. I don't know. While I have eagerly purchased my tickets and will continue to dream about how much better my life would be if I win this golden glittering prize, I know that I will have to sell it .. eventually .. if I win it .. and that is ok.
Again ... while I still think prizes that the average Ontario resident could realistically use are better, I cannot deny that the cause is well worth the effort and the dreams and if houses like this are what makes it work .. keep it up!
Great work Princess Margaret! :-)
- It will be a blessing if we win this home! The sheer space and all its amenities would be a warm blessing to my family especially with my dad's debilitating illness and difficulty getting around.
- I felt as if I was in a dream inside that house.I will have a hard time getting out of it in the mornings. So beautiful...with it's calming decor.
- Absolutely striking residence but the real prize is the amount of money being donated towards this cause.
- nicest house i have ever seen.Beautifully decorated.I wish i win this mansion. It is my dream house.
- nicest house i have ever seen. And beautifully decorated well My dream home wish i should win this mansion.
- To those who will not buy a ticket because it is too much trouble to sell or because they don't get cash instead....Shame on you!. Winning a prize is just a bonus of helping a great cause. Yes I want to win but knowing that I help make a difference is also rewarding.
- My sister always dreams that she is going to be the winner of the Grand Prize Show Home, each year we bring her and it is a real struggle. See, she is a former PMH patient and has had a very difficult life...still does...but like the song...don't stop believing, which was reserructed by the cast of GLEE, I am glad that each year PMH gives people a reason to feel hopeful to dream. Either way, win or lose, the cancer patients will all benefit from our participation. Please partake and do so with a huge heart, with the aim not of becoming a winner but with the aim of saving lives. If we win, after all this time, that would be a blessing but it is not that without winning, we will lose our joy becuase we never do, knowing that the good ppl at PMH are doing their part to raise funds and awareness. Great on you, PMH staff! You'll be the first to be invited to our ribbon cutting ceremony. See you in 3 months! love these lotteries, cuz you know the person that wins it is like an ordinary person, like you or me...it will be lifechanging either way.
Best wishes
SAZ Family
- Beautiful!
- I just saw the house today with my family and it was absolutely gorgeous. Great tribute to the Leafs and excellent use of space. Loved it!
Back yard was huge, plain, but a blank canvas for ideas. His and her toilets in the master....great job in installing a a male urinal! Cool!
Loved it!
ZAS
- Went to the open house today. WOW. I will visit again when it gets warmer outside... The backyard is HUGE.
Beautiful house, great cause.
- I really think it is time for a new interior designer,This house along with the ones in the years past have gotten very tacky...enough over the top metallic! We would like to see more in the taste of the summer homes in oakville or french chateux.
- I do back yard repairs on my farm at present, if I were to win this the 4 car garage would also help me get more customers and there looks like lots of parking for my customers. Hope I win.
- An stunning house in a very nice neighbourhood. I strongly support the goal of raising money to conquer Cancer.
- very lovely home, I would enjoy every minute of living in this city with and a lasting place to call home.
- This home is stunning, it is spacious, in a nice city, is a lasting place to call home.
- After reading the comments..It saddens me to think that people have no imagination and lack the knowledge of the real reason of this lottery..It's to help find a cure...to dream..to hope..to survive..it's not about the house's being too big..too expensive..not in the proper location.. it's not about greed..and what other people have or do not have or what they lack..personally..I applaud the team at Princess Margaret for running this type of lottery..before you write your negative comments about the purpose of this lottery or the prizes sit back and think. What have YOU done to help find a cure?...exactly what I thought...complain about the size of a grand prize show home...the prizes are irrelevant! the goal of raising money and finding a cure IS THE POINT!..If you are lucky enough to win the House I'll gladly take it off your hands. if it's not what you expected
- PUT Your DREAM in the dumpster - this one is MINE. May open it up to accommodate the less fortunate.
- viewers, please stop dreaming , this house is already taken by me. I just need some time to move in
- How can you tell if the house is beautiful if the VR Tour is posted yet??
It is always wonderful & fun to buy tickets and a very worthwhile cause but some of these homes have whacky floorplans with morgue color schemes
- amazing this one belongs to me
- wow!!!!!!!!!! Just holding my breath!
- Loooovve It.
I can hardly wait until my family and I move in :) :) :)
- Absoloutely fabulous! Money well spent whether I win or not. I hope somebody deserving wins it.
- I'd love to live there!!!
- elegance brought to life. please have sarah richardson from designer inc decorate , then draw my name. I would go in and sit for a year to admire it and drink in the ambience. thank you
- WoW! Looks like a very beautiful house. I would like to live in this house with my three children.
- This home is fantastic and winning it would be great. Selling this home would be a breeze given that the market is so hot even for homes of this size. So if the winner can't support it financially they can always sell and become a multi millionaire. YEH! I Love It.
- this house looks stunning from the outside and I'm sure it's as beautiful indoors.
- I would love to win this house, but if I don't at least I know that the money is going to a good cause.
- This Home is just right for me.
I cannot wait to win this Home.
- I was very disappointed did not purchase a ticket. First time in years Am not interested in being involved in real estate transactions and their is no cash render value for these properties.
- I never buy 'regular' lottery tickets, but I ALWAYS buy for Princess Margaret lottery. Fantastic prizes and an amazing cause!!
Thanks!!
- I thank God that I'm part of this project to find cure and resolve this deadly Cancer. My participation to support the research work on cancer is a Win - Win situation for me to put my money into good use and if on the other hand get rewarded........it will be put to another good use.
- One question... $3.6 million dollar home - Why? Who is that important?
- Have supported PMHL from inception. I do have a problem with homes of this size as a prize. Not being from the Toronto, if we won, would represent a problem in trying to sell the property (in todays market who wants to buy a home of this size) and also having to pay for the maintenance in the interim. Pretty costly in the end.
- I lived in one of those nice smaller house in Agincourt Scarborough, the problem was both lack of insulation and mold. The 60 foot lot was worth infinitely more, therefore demolitions were happening all around me. The city also collects more taxes on these monsters. Finally, enough people like these monster homes otherwise they would not get built. FYI my mother, best female friend from university and another friend, an elderly woman of 22 years, are all cancer survivors. Someone somewhere is doing something, right.
- Thank you for my new HOME!!! :)
- I always pictured my dream home to look like this...the perfect place to start my family and build a good life for them. People like me can only dream of such a house, ....to see it is incredible! Although my husband and I don't have much...and whether we win or lose, we will continue to donate to PMHL every year, because we know the money is going to a great cause!
- After reading all the comments,I hope the man whose wife that is in the fight of her life wins! God bless you and your family.
- I'm winning this, it has my name written all over it.
- What are the taxes on this house not to mention the utilites?
Response: All the prize homes are brand new construction so have not yet been assessed for property taxes. A estimate for the Richmond Hill home would be in the $20,000 range. Don't forget this prize home will be awarded with $30,000 cash and NO mortgage. Free & Clear!
- I would love to win this house, it would be a great life changing experience but the "real win" for me would be to find a cure!!!
I lost my beautiful mother Milica to cancer in 2007 and I have never been the same since so please lets keep buying tickets.
- There should be a CASH OPTION for all of the Grand Prizes. As it is right now it puts a damper on the prospect of winning knowing that you would, in most cases, have to go through the hassle of selling it, especially the main prize. Most people would have trouble with the taxes, heating etc.
- A magnificent opportunity to help the cause with such an unbelievable and epicly surreal prize opportunities. One can only dream of this possibility but it's only dwarfed by the true goals of this draw - the cure!
- WOW!!!!!
This home is beautiful!!!!!!!!
I will be getting tickets for sure, not just because of the prizes but because of where the money is going too.
I have family members who either have beaten cancer or who have died from it. I want there to be more research done so then they can FINALLY find a cure.
- This home is exactly what I would picture my dream home to be like, I'm sure the inside is just as stunning as the outside.
The location is great, the address has my name on it and the number is my lucky 7
- I have driven down this street and seen this house. It looks absolutely amazing but I have to agree that it is more than most people will ever need or be able to maintain. Not only that, but the neighbourhood, while nicely tucked away yet close to everything, is an almost grotesque display of what can be done with obscene amounts of money. All the 'little' houses being torn down and replaced with huge houses .. each trying to outdo the rest. While I might like to attempt living in this house, I think I would feel completely out of place amongst the monied peoples who live in this area.
All this being said. The price of a ticket gives me a few months to dream of endless possibilities while my little bit of money gets put to better use.
One last comment .. I will always prefer houses that are built in established neighbourhoods as this one is over those that are part of a barren treeless development (such as the other 4 houses in this lottery) :-)
- Amazing
- its not that nice.. my parents are both doctors and ours is just as nice if not nicer..
- It's true that living in this house is unrealistic for many people, myself included. However, it's the dream of owning it that makes people actually purchase tickets. A straight cash prize, while more convenient, just doesn't fire the imagination like a gorgeous mansion! This house will generate more money for cancer research than the equivalent check. So, the prize is a house!
- First of all, this is an excellent opportunity to support a research foundation which contributes to extending others lives and hopefully one day curing cancer for others. You have always done an excellent job selecting prefect locations for your grand prize show homes and the decor and design continues to wow us all.
thank you and continue the great work.
- Wonderful design and layout. Very nice curb appeal. I boldly declare it to be our prize and everyone is invited to visit.
- If I win this house I will be able to buy my dream house and still have 2 mil left. That is my dream. The taxes on this place must cost more then my current mortgage.
- Truly a magnificent home....and huge. If I were the winner, I would feel compelled to assist those less fortunate than myself by offering a second home during periods when it would be most needed.
- fabulous house I can see my self living in it I was thinking of buying a house in Richmond Hill fancy the big prize being in Richmond Hill I like it
- I love this neighbourhood and this home is truly stunning. I live at the other end of Richmond Hill, but this home is close to my childrens' school and in one of the best locations in Richmond Hill.
- Beautiful home!!! Cannot wait to see the tour.
- very nice house
- What a beauty, eh!
- AMAZING HOME
- This home looks amazing from the outside. I've been in the neighbourhood and it's wonderful.
To be 5 minutes away from my sister and her family; and so close to great shopping, my dream come true. I can't wait to see the inside.
- Please show floor plans for the prize homes. Would help a lot to understand just how impressive these homes actually are.
RESPONSE: Thank you for your comments. As floor plans are one dimensional we chose to include virtual tours (to be posted soon) of the showhomes instead to showcase their spectacular layouts and decorating and of course we hope many will visit and tour them when they open for viewing!
- I had spent $2,000 on 24 tickets on one lottery some 5 years back and drew a complete blank, but I can't give up the dream of winning something as substantial as this grand palace first prize, even at this late age. So I'll be buying three tickets for this one by mail at the end of this week, hoping for the miracle, while at the same time contributing to cancer research - Thank you.
- I would love to win this home, since i live in a basement my kids would love this home, this is what dreams are made of...Just dream from the look of the outside to the detail description.we should all participate in help conquer cancer goodluck everyone.
- donations should be made from the heart and not out of greed or reward...
- I have been supporting Princess Margaret Lottery for a great cause and will continue to do so. Thank you for all the hard work that everyone has contribute. This would be a dream home that I would love to have my family with me. I can fully picture myself living in such a dream home. Best of luck to everyone out there and thank you for supporting such a great cause.
- I live on the other side of Yonge. Would love to be on this home's side !!
- I can't wait to move in! Good-bye London, Ontario.
- this is a big and great prize
- This house is Squirrel Friendly because of the beautiful mature tree in front of the BIG BIG BIG house.
- gorgeous home and closer to my husband's office, this would be yet another venue for my xmas dinner. I can picture the Xmas decorations already.
- Just looking at the house, I cannot help but dream... I can see my family and Living here...It truely is a beautiful house
- Not only is the house nice, but location, location, location. It's one of the best that I know of!
- Looks beautiful from outside, can't wait to be there.
- I got up..checked my mail..and there was the new brochure..called my wife and we went to get a timmy's and then went for a drive to Richmond Hill...Breath taking...that's all I can about this house...beautiful area..huge lot..nothing overlooked...cannot wait for a peek inside...I love this Home Lottery..every year gets better and better...truly outdid yourselves again...
- This house is what dreams are made of...Just dreamy from the look of the outside to the detail description. My family will have the home upgrade that we've been waiting for.
- Lovely Home - beyond belief. Would be amazed and very happy to win.
Always wanted a larger home. Would move my mom in with me.
- The VR Tour should be ready when you start selling tickets. When will it be up and running??
Response: We are sorry the tours are not available the same day our website goes live. The builders and designers are busy putting the finishing touches to the showhomes ready for our previous buyer preview weekend February 13th (this process from lot selection to completion takes up to 18 months). We don't want to delay the launch of our website simply because the tours are not posted. The virtual tour photography takes several days to complete and then we have to stitch each tour together before posting. We hope you requested a notification as to when the tours are live.
Thank you for your feedback and we hope you will have an opportunity to visit some or all of the homes in person during the viewing period.
- beautiful house wish i could win it,but i know i am the most unluckiest person on the planet i never win a thing, but it is nice am sure the winner will be very happy
- Hoping dreams do come true!
- House is unrealistic for most people for obvious reasons. I would suggest 3 -1-Million prizes & 1-$600,000.00 prize for Mar.12th 1st draw. Add the $30,000.00 +$16,000.00+ for this 1st draw in Mar. as an extra cash prize of $46,000.00+
- Reaally nice!
- I would love to live in this house !!!!
- This would be simply a dream come true....im crossing my fingers
- May I be blessed with this home and Princess Margaret with a cure!
- My wife will have a hard time finding me in this house. Love it.
- I wish i could win this home for my family.
- Looks gorgeous
- Looks absolutely stunning from the outside - can't wait to take a virtual tour or better yet see it in person
- I love this one but if I win I will need to buy walkie-talkies. That will be fun. gl all
- I love this house. It has to be mine. I always dream of the day when I could live in a beautiful home such as this one. I am claiming it.
- love the house from the outside. would like it even better if it was in Milton and on a little more land.
- i like the location/area can't wait to see inside.
- Absolutley stunning!!! from what I can see.
- Is this true!
- After reading the post that states " dreams cost nothing so I'm going big" touches my heart to know that my purchase of these tickets contributes to the life of another and it is gratifying to read a post by a person who has conquered cancer and continues to make contribution to help others. The house is BIG and beautiful but saving a life is BIGGER and priceless!
- Love this house! I have already moved in!
- Its about time that the big homes are back. That is what makes this lottery unique. House is stunning.
- Breath taking!! Like a Trica Romance house. Some time it is some thing you only dream about!!
- It's huge for a big Family! I love it!
- Dreams cost nothing so I'm going big. This house will be the perfect gift for me now that my chemo is done and I've been given the all clear. I've been buying Princess Margaret tickets since they first started the draw and I am truly grateful to have benefited from their research.
- Although a gorgeous gem, I tend to agree with the environmentalist, only I would like to draw your attention to healthcare. With all the lottery tickets sold, what if a certain percentage was put aside to foster an alliance with Cottage Dreams to build and assist those families who are in recovery and most in need of a lifestyle family vacation...now that would be a "wow!"
- Not too shabby - I'm sure Oprah wouldn't mind coming for tea to MY NEW HOUSE!
- Go big or go home! I can't wait to see setting and the inside plan.
- I love this house it's a dream house.
- If we win this place we'll sell it immediately and use all that money to invest in finding a cure for my wife...
- Looks absolutely beautiful!
- WOW !! thats all I can come up with
- Nice but an unrealistic prize. Cash is the wise option
-
Wow !
I cannot wait to see the inside.
- Looks wonderful on the outside and I can't wait to enjoy the inside!
- An example of the excesses rampant in our society. Why not ten eco-friendly regular sized homes instead. I think you are missing the point with many in our society.
- Stunning! Can't wait to move in!
- Gorgeous home, very close to my work, would be perfect!!!!!!
- everybody dreams of a big house but it's always just a dream
- Beautiful home - good location. Does the prize homes get spruced up after the public tours are over? The few homes/cottages I visited in the past definitely showed wear and tear.
Response: Glad you like it! All of the prize homes that are open for public viewing are carefully cleaned and prepared in advance of awarding to the
lucky winners.
PMH Home Lottery 2010
- This is a great idea to help cancer people who suffer from cancer. I am praying every day who ever found this lottery to help the hospital this way. However I like this beautiful house very much. If I win this house I will be a happy person.

- I love the shape and architecture of the house. All the windows and the garage on the side it is very nice.
- Only in my dreams.......
- Incredibly Magnificent -The Hope IT to be the Dream come true!!
- I like this home. It looks beautiful.
- I love the showhome. It'll be hard for me to sell it when I win, but, since I live in Ottawa, I don't really have a choice. I could, of course, try to replicate it with the money I get from the sale. LOL
- very beautiful house is a dream house for anybody
- Gorgeous House !
Great Location !
- This house definitely has elements of Italianate Second Empire. The mansard roof, with a modern interpretation of the hooded window, a shorten version of the central pavilion, and the rounded archway of the porch are a few elements of this style. I like the stone skirting and the exterior proportions. Looking forward to seeing the interior, further comments will follow.
- Thank you for choosing gorgeous homes as prizes for an undoubtedly worthy commitment we should all participate in. We must all care. Thank you.
